Chef's Table/Skybox

The chef's table at Monarch provides a truely unique dining experience. Lofted above the kitchen is a glass enclosed mezzanine perfect for up to ten guests. When dining in the skybox, you will be hosted by Executive Chef Josh Galliano who will assist you and your guests to plan your five-course meal. Once dishes are decided upon, wines will be paired with each course. With this bird's eye view of the kitchen, the dining experience is anything but dull.

This five course meal with wines paired starts at $125 per person plus tax and gratuity.

There is a $600 food and beverage minimum to reserve the chefs table.
