Aaron Teitelbaum

After spending seven years training in New York City, co-owner Aaron Teitelbaum returned home to pioneer a new style of dining for St. Louis. While in New York, he spent four years with the Culinary Institute earning his Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Restaurant Management. Aaron also spent four years working with restaurateurs such as Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill and Daniel Boulud at Restaurant Daniel as the Assistant General Manager.
