At Monarch Restaurant, Executive Chef Josh Galliano has develpoed two distinctly different dinner menus. A more casual "Southern Bistro" style which is offered in the bistro and bar area is composed of appetizers, snacks, sharing plates and entrees under $20.
In the main dining room we offer a menu best described as "Modern American" in style, focusing on seasonal and ingredient driven dishes.This menu features hot and cold appetizers, daily soups and salads, as well as meat, fish, poulty and vegetarian entrees. In addition to the regular menu Chef Galliano runs nightly dinner specials plus daily tasting menus.
